CT PUBLIC ACT NO. 23-7 WILL ENSURE THE TIMELY SCHEDULING OF TEMPORARY FINANCIAL SUPPORT HEARINGS IN DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS!

Our legislature has enacted Public Act No. 23-7 which, effective January 1, 2024 repeals Section 46b-83 of the Connecticut General Statutes and will ensure the timely scheduling of temporary financial support hearings in divorce and custody matters.
